By signing these Terms and Conditions you are hereto agree that any dispute or controversy that may arise from your experience from usage of the Website or the Website storing you name and email address as a date on the Website, including but not limited to a potential data bridge by an unidentified third party and any consequences of this bridge, you are waving your right to litigate these issues in court and instead to have these disputes to be resolved by an arbitration.
